photo taking hint.... - 10-31-2006, 08:03 AM

I am not a professional by any means, but I have had photography training and I used to have a darkroom and I thought that I would share this. I noticed when taking pictures of Miss Gambler, that she began turning her head right as I took the photo, and this drove me nuts, because I could not figure out why, and she had never done it before(and she has had a camera in her face since day one!), then it hit me like lightning, she was reacting to the flash of the red eye reducer on the front of the camera. Now, in order to get her to look at me, I have to make sure the red eye reducer is off and not going to flash or she will turn her head when it flashes. Hope this helps!
