apology for mixup - 02-29-2008, 04:13 AM

Trying to correct an error of my posting on the calendar I made another mistake that confused it all.

Hope I can straighten it all out with this thread.

Sunday Mar 30, Coastal Corgis are planning to meet at Kingston State Park, Kingston NH at 1 o'clock.

Being itchy to get at least a few corgis together before that time, it was proposed to meet Sunday at Wallis Sands Beach. Because of the forecast of bad weather this weekend. It was decided, to try again on the following Sunday (Mar 9).

Again we are postponing our Wallis Sands Beach meeting from this Sunday the 9th to the next Sunday the 16th. The reason being the forecast of bad weather for the ninth. There may be a few of us that will still try to meet this sunday Mar 9,2008 if it is not too cold, rainy or windy.

Last Sunday being too cold and windy there was a lone corgi at Wallis Sands Beach. On the way I did spy two corgis on a stretch of road that didn't allow for me to stop and visit.
Sunday March 16th we will attempt to get a few dogs together for possible exercise. Ha, you can't keep corgis from chasing each other.
I propose we meet at Pierce Island as Wallis Sands Beach has a sign that says "No dogs allowed anytime"
If this weekend doesn't work out there is always March 30th, Kingston State Park playdate coming on quickly.

Another Iffy weekend here in New England. Still we may get a few of us at Pierce Island in Portsmouth this Sunday, 16th.
Just thought I would mention that our friend Sheree has been meeting and promoting our gatherings to corgi owners she has meet. By her enthusiasm alone we may have several new corgi at Kingston on the 30th. Keep your fingers crossed, spring's got to get here some day.

There was a minor snow shower when we met at Pierce Island with five corgis total. Fergie and Byron are inseparable. They have bonded and act as a team. Congradulations Pat and Linda for rescueing a lovely lady.
Duchess, Beebe, Lady Kara, Byron and Fergie had a good time. Just a preview of what the next playdate will be at Kingston State Park on the 30th. We should have pictures shortly.
