Any corgi owners from NYC that would like to meet up for a corgi play date? In a park? In a dog run?

In one of Milo's recent play dates: http://www.gocorgi.com/forums/behavi...bark-fest.html

I wanted him to socialize with other dogs especially corgis. He has shown some fear and aggression problems. If he can meet other corgis, that would be great.

So, please respond if you're from NY and want your corgi to have another friend!!

Thanks!

My hoodlums are way upstate (Albany). If you were closer, I'd love to meet up. By the way... can dogs take the subway?

Susan: Most dogs can take the subway but they must be on a leash or in a bag/duffle carrier. I rarely see an owner with their dog walking on a leash in the subways unless it's a seeing eye dog or something.

Oh, I so want to meet up. How far is Averill Park? I'm in the heart of the city - Manhattan.

I'm east of Albany, across the Hudson, actually closer to the MA border.

I travel in Manhattan for work and was advised to learn the subway system. All jokes aside, I think the subway system is great. It get's a bad rap but if you need to get somewhere, it's way faster than a cab and certainly far less $$$.

Susan: You are far North! But, it's great to live there - lots of land, space, and open air. Great for you and your corgi!

The subway is fast and gets you to where you need to go. It's also crowded and some parts needs to be renovated. It's not bad!
