James Wellbeloved Puppy Food? - 12-24-2006, 11:34 AM

I currently feed my 12 week old puppy this but have heard others say there is too much protein in it. Should I switch? This would be her second switch as her breeder had her on BETA food.

If you are talking about dry food (kibble), I'd strongly recommend only buying premium dog food and only that food which is AFFCO tested and APPROVED/PASSED. AFFCO approved means that the food constitutes a complete and balanced diet. An aternative to AFFCO approved is Eukanuba

James Wellbeloved is not a brand I'm familiar with in the US. However, a brief look over the company website, it looks like an excellent food. What is the protein percentage in what you are feeding?
