I only seem to know how to send photos as attachments though my attachments would produce a much larger size when image is enlarged from clicking on the 'pocket' photo.
There is nothing wrong with this process though I think you have reduced the photo size too much. A 800 x 800 or 800 x 600 would be much better. I do believe the enlarged vesion of your submitted photo should be larger - approaching the size of the previous two posted. |

I am awful at trying to explain how to post a picture as part of a post instead of as a link... but I will try it again with as much detail as I can.
1. You need an account through a photo hosting website. The most popular one I have seen (and the one I use is photobucket.com). The account is free and is a great way to share pictures and videos online, even if you don't use them for forums. 2. Once you start an account you simply start downloading photos. What I like is you never have to resize them... you can even state on your account to have all photo's automatically resized to the standard 800x600 so that you don't have to do the work, it does it for you! 3. After you download your photo's to that website it will show your photo with three tags underneath it. Pick the one that has only the first IMG will have brackets around it as well. Now all you have to do is submit your reply and the picture should be there. I have all of my favorite photos backed up on this website so if my personal computer crashes I know I will still have those. There is no limit to how many pictures and videos you can add to photobucket. Give it a try and if you have any questions please post here and I will attempt to answer them. -Cheryl Last edited by Checkers; 11-11-2006 at 07:00 PM. |
