Xmas time story comp - 05-30-2007, 06:01 PM

Hey it's time other members of Go Corgi entered into our Christmas Story Competition.

Mine so far is the only entry and entries close in a week or so.

Refer to the Competitions site on Go Corgi's home page.

I only really have a Christmas picture. But maybe I can stretch a wee story out of a rest home visit that occoured last Christmas. But it may have to be next Wednesday. OK?

That will be fine of course. I may need to extend the competition's cut off time anyway.

Don't forget members of Go Corgi - to write up your Christmas stories in our Go Corgi's latest competition. More than one entry is acceptable.

There must be some members who actually got a Corgi as a Christmas present (take some wrapping!) who who went to a lot of trouble in selecting a Xmas gift for their Corgi, or left their Corgi behind in going for a Xmas vacation ............

Never! Never!!

Wash your mouse out.

Actually, we did once go on holiday and left Mouse behind. Wasn't at Christmas, though, so it doesn't count. But the point being, that when we picked her up from the kennel, she sulked. No happy "Nice to see you" kisses. No bouncing around the room with "I'm so glad you're back" Not even a little "Well, and about time!" wag.

Just a stoney silence. She wouldn't even look at me for two days. Just resolutely turned her face away every time I tried to talk to her.

Boy, was she pissed at us!!
