Dudley's first visitor - 07-30-2006, 03:55 PM

Well, this weekend, Dudley had his first puppy visitor and he was a complete gentleman. I was a little concerned because he had played with the little basset puppy outside many times, but I didn't know how he would be in his own house, but my worries were completely unfounded They romped around and Dudley was very gentle with the much smaller pup. It was quite a sight to see watching the two short, stubby legged dogs running and barking around the house. Fun times for all

My just looking at Dudley's picture, he is sure growing and changing. What kind of dog was the puppy and how old was it?

Linda
Dudley is getting so big! When I look back at his old pictures, I can't believe how much he has changed!
He was playing with Gunther, a 12 week old basset hound...such a cutie, but he sure is vocal!

I am sorry Jeni,

I did not read your original post correctly at first - I thought I had read that he had played with " A " Basset Hound many times before, and this new visitor was a different type of puppy - sorry.

So great to hear that they got along fine indoors. I can't imagine another puppy in my house with Cody and 3 cats - would be like a herd of cattle running around.

He sure is getting bigger - they don't remain small for long. Your little "man" is growing up.

He really does look like a little man! So mature already! {sigh} And good for him, being gentlemanly to his guest!
