It was early morning raining like cats & dogs and Cooper starts barking at front door , its open so he can see the rain. I keep hearing him bark as I am getting ready for work and so I go to investigate. And there soaking wet is a small pekingese female that lives done the street. I ask if she is lost (woof) and so I get my rain gear on and walk down the street where here owner is getting into here SUV to go and hunt for Ginger.. She went to visit Cooper in the rain, guess that she thought he might be scared.. LOL
